Tuesdays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm - Last return will be started at 2:00 pm
February 6th through April 9th
Key documents you will need to bring to your appointment:
Copy of last year’s federal & state tax return
W-2 forms showing income from your employer
1099-R forms showing pension or annuity income
SSA-1099 forms showing Social Security benefits
1099-DIV,-INT,-MISC,-OID forms showing dividends, interest, NYS tax refund, gambling income, etc
Health Care information received from the Marketplace, if any
Real Estate Taxes if you own your home
Any other information concerning your income or deductions
Photo ID and Social Security/ITIN cards
Bank information, if direct deposit or refund direct deposit desired
