We offer different types of tax preparation at this site: 1-visit, 2-visit with scanning, and no-visit remote. To make an appointment or get more information, leave your name and number on the Tax-Aide phone number, 914 440-3086, and someone will return your call.

INSTRUCTIONS: Once you have made an appointment, please pick up the form we have left for you upstairs in the library at the Reference desk. Fill it out before you meet with us. You can get this form any time the library is open, even in the half hour before your appointment.

Key documents you will need to bring to your appointment:

Government-issued photo ID for you and your spouse (if married)
Front of your Social Security or ITIN card for all persons included in your return (your own, your spouse's if married, and all dependents)
Other Documents We Need for additional tax forms and items essential to preparing your return.

We prepare taxes for all individuals as long as their tax returns are within our scope. This document describes the returns we can and cannot handle.
